REFUND
POLICY
KING TOURS
agency as an authorized seller of travel trips from renowned travel agencies is
issuing this refund policy for customers in order to apply their rights.
CUSTOMER RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Costumer has
a right to request a refund in case a range and a quality of the service does
not match the agreed order.
Costumer
must immediately report any deficiency which occurred at the place of the trip
at the locally delegated person so any deficiency is resolved as soon as
possible without any delay. Should this not happen, customer is obligate to do
so at the agency or at CA KING TOURS representative, 3 months at latest after a
trip has reached it’s end.
Any request
for a refund must be sent in written with attached refund protocol from the
place of trip with valid approval of the delegate person and with photographs
to the following correspondence address

Customer is
obligated to provide any detailed explanation or attach any additional
documentation to prove status of the refund.
TRAVEL AGENCY RESPONSIBILITIES
KING TOURS
agency according to a law is not responsible for any service provided by travel
office and it does not process any refund. After the refund request has been
received, travel agency will forward the refund request to travel office which arranged
the trip. Travel office is obligated to respond within the given time set by a
law.
TRAVEL OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES
Travel
Office is responsible for any breach of commitments resulting from contract
between customer and travel office. Travel office do not guarantee and is not
responsible for a level of quality, price and incurred damage agreed between
customer and other third party subjects. Free trips and trips as a gift are not
subject of the refund policy.
Travel
Office abides by a law act no. 281/2001 about travel trips, terms and
conditions for travel offices and law act no. 250/2007 about consumer
protection and security.
REFUND CONTENT
Refund
request must contain information needed to identify service which resulted in
insufficiency or which were not provided at all.
- Travel agreement number
- Date of travel agreement when it was enclosed
- Signature/label of the travel office
- Description of service which resulted in insufficiency or which were not provided at all
- Customer proposal for a refund (etc. resolve any insufficiency, free giveaway, service substitution, discount)
- Contact information of the consumer and bank account information in case refund is paid directly to bank account
- Refund protocol
- refund protocol from the place of trip with valid approval of the delegate person, photographs and any additional information needed by travel agency
DEADLINE FOR REFUND REQUEST
Refund must
be applied at the travel office without any delay 3 months at latest after a trip
has reached its end. In case a consumer will not apply a refund within the
specified time, the right for a refund will expire.
REFUND PROCESS
Details
about refund process are clarified in the refund policy documentation in each
travel office. This documentation overrule any other refund policy.
